If you are worrying a lot and are stressed you might be thinking about the past or future too much! Try to live in the moment, enjoy the present. Dance, listen, be at peace with your surroundings and really live. Everyone is so focused on whats next they forget to just enjoy life and the beauty that comes with it.
Being positive is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. It attracts good things and more positivity. It’s like compounding interest, it keeps compounding until you are positive almost all the time and everything in your life seems great and happy. Don’t waste your time on negative people.
